What’s a GiveCamp?

GiveCamp is a weekend-long event where technology professionals – including designers, developers and database administrators as well as marketers and web strategists donate their time and unique talents to provide software solutions for local charities and other non-profit organizations.

National GiveCamp day is October 21. I know of three GiveCamps setup in the state of Florida. See the list below. Obviously I can't be in three corners of our large state at once. But if you choose to partcipate know you're doing some good for some organization that needs it.
