C# to VB VS Add in - Truly obnoxious....

... to the stalwart C# bigots out there (kirk, ambrose, you know who you are).

Since way back in the early Whidbey days, I've been advocating in VS2005 / FW2.0 that the differences in VB and C# are minimal, and that VB is perhaps now even a superior language. Now there is a VSTS add-in to at least prove parity!
